Heiner Steel Structure
What applications are your steel structure products suited for?
Our steel structure products are widely used in industrial plants, warehousing and logistics, commercial buildings, sports venues, bridge works and similar fields. We provide customized design and fabrication solutions based on the needs of each project.
How long does it take from inquiry to project delivery?
Project timelines depend on scale and complexity. Small and medium projects typically take about 30-60 days from design to delivery, while large projects may take 3 to 6 months. We provide a detailed project schedule after the initial discussion.
Do you provide installation services?
Yes. We provide one-stop service covering design, fabrication and installation, with a dedicated installation team to help deliver projects on time and to quality requirements. We can also supply steel structure products only, according to client needs.
How can I get a quotation?
You can reach us by phone, email or WeChat with the basic project information (such as use, area and span). We will provide a preliminary quotation within 1 to 3 business days.
Can you handle fabrication only or installation only?
Yes. We support flexible cooperation. You can choose fabrication only, installation only, or a combined fabrication and installation service, tailored to your actual needs.
Can you quote based on drawings I provide?
Yes. If you can provide a detailed bill of materials, we can give a precise quotation. If we need to calculate quantities from the drawings, the timing will depend on our engineers' schedule.
What is the typical fabrication lead time?
After raw materials arrive at the plant, the first batch of components can usually be shipped within about 7 to 10 days. Subsequent batches are supplied according to the installation schedule to keep on-site work continuous.
Can you provide shot blasting or painting only?
Yes. We support standalone surface treatment services such as shot blasting for rust removal and painting, which you can select flexibly based on project needs.
How effective is water-based paint?
Water-based paint fully meets engineering requirements. In line with environmental policies, we currently provide water-based coating only and no longer use solvent-based paint.
Which regions does your service cover?
Based in Chengdu, we serve Sichuan Province and the broader Southwest region. For projects outside the province, cooperation can be arranged based on the specific circumstances.
Can you provide qualification certificates?
Yes. We hold qualifications related to steel structure fabrication and installation, and can provide the relevant documents as needed for project bidding or filing.
Can you apply fire-resistant coatings?
Yes. We provide fire-resistant coating application for steel structures, meeting different fire-resistance rating requirements.
Heiner System
What is the Heiner System?
The Heiner System is an in-house engineering digital management platform covering production management, quality traceability, cost control, progress tracking and other modules, helping steel structure enterprises manage the full workflow digitally.
Can the system be customized?
Yes. We offer both a standard edition and a custom edition. The standard edition works out of the box, while the custom edition can be deeply adapted to an enterprise's actual business processes.
What deployment options are available?
We support both cloud deployment and on-premises private deployment. The cloud edition is ready to use upon activation, while private deployment suits enterprises with higher data security requirements.
Can I try it first?
Yes. We provide a demo environment for you to experience the core features, and can also arrange online or on-site product demonstrations so you can fully understand the system's capabilities.
How is the system priced?
Pricing is flexible, based on deployment method, number of users and feature modules. Please contact us for a detailed quotation.
Is there technical support and after-sales service?
Yes. We provide implementation training, technical support and ongoing system updates to support your experience.

What is the Enterprise Brain product?
Enterprise Brain is an intelligent decision-support system for construction and construction manufacturing. It helps enterprises break down data silos and supports operational awareness, full project lifecycle management and supply chain collaboration. It is currently under development.
What does the FEA tool do?
It is a lightweight finite element analysis tool focused on structural analysis and checking of building components, supporting beam-column stress analysis, material property definition, load case setup and safety factor calculation. It is currently in beta.
What is the Section Calculator?
The Section Calculator is an upcoming tool that quickly looks up and calculates section properties, load capacity and other parameters for various profiles, helping engineers improve selection efficiency. Coming soon.
Are these tools free?
Basic tools such as the IFC Viewer are currently free to use. Advanced products such as Enterprise Brain will be priced according to feature modules and usage scale. Please contact us to learn more.
